I called ListenClear to return my THREE YEAR OLD set of Aids for service.They sent me a shipping label and I sent them in.
After two weeks not hearing from them, I called Customer Service to find out what was going on. CS said that they no longer handled aids from that manufacturer and was not able to service them. However, they said if I wanted they would send me an equivalent set of their current product at no charge. I approved the change but received nothing.
After a month, I called them, and they said they would not be sending the exchange as they said. Further, the only thing they could offer was a $500.00 credit on a new set leaving me with $1,100.00 to pay, or, they would return the aids as is, inoperative. So, in three years my ListenClear aids are not serviceable and they will do nothing. Would you really risk your expensive purchase to be worthless in three years?
