i was crystal clear when I spoke to a rep.... in requesting a RMA for the product, that I did not want a replacement due to the long wait times when trying to contact them over the phone! What did they try snd UPS me? yup a repkacement unit. maybe they need a gearing aid,,, uuuhhhhnnnffff
